These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the Trident Delivery Notifications text messaging program operated by Trident Transportation Group, LLC, 1851 N Delilah St, 2nd Floor, Corona, CA 92879 ("Trident," "we," "us").
1. Program description
Trident sends transactional text messages to delivery recipients about the status of their deliveries, including scheduled delivery notices, driver en-route alerts, estimated arrival times, delivery confirmations with proof of delivery, and delivery exception notices. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
2. Consent
By providing your mobile number to Trident or to one of our shipping clients for delivery notifications, you agree to receive automated delivery notification text messages from Trident at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving a delivery. See SMS Delivery Notifications for details on how consent is collected.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your delivery schedule. Recipients typically receive 1–4 messages per scheduled delivery.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
5. Opting out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP in reply to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, reply START or contact us, and we will start sending messages to you again.

7. Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
