Trident Transportation Group, LLC ("Trident," "we," "us") is a last-mile delivery carrier based in Corona, California. We deliver refrigerated food and grocery boxes to homes and businesses across Southern California on behalf of our shipping clients, including meal-kit companies, medically tailored meal programs, and fresh prepared-food brands.
To help recipients receive their orders, we send transactional delivery notifications by text message (SMS). These messages are about a specific delivery only. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How recipients opt in
We only text mobile numbers whose owners have agreed to receive delivery notifications. Consent is collected in one of these ways:
- At checkout or enrollment with one of our shipping clients. When a customer places an order or enrolls in a delivery program, they provide their mobile number and agree to receive text messages about their delivery. The client provides that number to Trident solely so we can complete and update the recipient on that delivery.
- Directly with Trident. A recipient may ask our team, by phone at (347) 677-3545 or by email at team@tridenttransportationgroup.com, to receive text updates for their deliveries. We record the request and the mobile number before sending any messages.
Providing a mobile number for text notifications is not a condition of purchase or of receiving a delivery.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. You can also contact us to opt out. To opt back in, reply START or contact our team.
Your privacy
